Well look it that… “Tortoise” catches “Hare”. McCain catches Obama. On July 25 2008 my feeble mind perceived this to happen. My official prediction was that McCain would smash Obama in this race. I saw it in my head, like a flash of light on an event, but it was in the form of a cartoon fable The Tortoise and The Hare. Source: Election Outcome.
I don’t put any trust in these polls. However, today all the polls are reporting McCain has closed the lead Obama held for way too long. I don’t think anything has really changed except the way the polls are getting reported. In other words, McCain has always been ahead.
The Hare was let out of the cage way before The Tortoise even joined into this race but look at him now. Go Hare Go. Please? Just go?
